If you need a transcript, please contact our registrar, Jennifer Selberg. 

Please include a photocopy of the front & back of your driver's license.  The transcript will be mailed to the address listed on the driver's license unless it needs to be mailed to a higher education facility.  Please include the name, address, and phone number of the school.
