Students will be bused to North or South and will catch a transfer bus to Innovation Academy.  Students will be bused to North or South at the end of the day in time to catch buses home.

While Innovation Academy is NCAA-accredited and could have sports teams, it is unlikely we will have traditional sports.

If we do not offer the sport of choice for students, students may participate at their resident high school. Our staff is committed to ensuring student athletes are able to participate in their matches or competitions and will partner with resident high schools to support transportation for those events.

• Students are on a Hexter schedule, rotating projects and Discovery classes every 6 weeks.

• Students begin their day in Tiger Time, an advisory class focused on community building, success in high school, and the next steps after graduation. Students stay with the same Tiger Time teacher and student group throughout the year.

• After Tiger Time, students head to their first project block, a combination of two core content classes, then lunch, followed by their second project block, a combination of two different core content classes. These classes are combined with 9/10th graders or 11/12th graders.

• At the end of the day, students engage in a Discovery elective class they choose through forecasting each Hexter. These classes are inclusive of all grade levels.
